International students of BSMU undergo clinical practice as part of the Summer Exit School

Foreign students of the Bashkir State Medical University continue their active studies even during the holidays. Right now, they are undergoing clinical practice as part of the Summer Field School.

This summer, future doctors undergo practical training at the bases of medical institutions located in Yazykovo, Glukhovskaya and Mesyagutovo.

The school's program is designed to provide students with maximum immersion in a real clinical environment. Every day in the practice, students:

- Supervise the work of surgeons, therapists, pediatricians and cardiologists, adopting invaluable practical experience from qualified specialists.

- Study from the inside the organization of work and the functioning of various hospital departments.

- Consolidate the acquired theoretical knowledge by applying it to patients and participating in medical procedures under the strict guidance of experienced mentors.

- Get acquainted with modern methods of surgical interventions, being present at surgical operations. This allows students to clearly appreciate the complexity and high degree of responsibility of surgical labor.

- Conduct professional dialogue with Russian colleagues: ask questions of interest, jointly analyze complex clinical cases and receive expert answers from practicing doctors.
