Foreign students of BSMU met with potential employers from Bashkortostan

On April 22, the university hosted a meeting of foreign students with interested employers. The event was organized by the Career and Employment Center in conjunction with the Dean's Office for Work with Foreign Students.

Dean Ildar Ildusovich Lutfarakhmanov and head of the career center Yakhin Rustem Shamilevich made a welcoming speech.

Lilia Nasykhovna, a specialist in passport and visa work, told the students about the current information in the labor and migration legislation.

Svetlana Rimovna Sayfullina, head of the personnel department of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic Children's Clinical Hospital, shared about the peculiarities of employment of foreign citizens, the documents necessary for this and the availability of current vacancies. She also noted that at present, 28 foreign students of the Bashkir State Medical University work at the RCCH, of which 21 are nurses and 7 are orderlies.

Also, the head of the personnel department of the GBUZ RB Yazykovskaya Central Regional Hospital - Galeeva Elvera Dzhemsovna shared her experience of employing foreign citizens. Currently, 7 employees with foreign citizenship work in GBUZ RB Yazykovskaya CRH, of which 6 are in the position of a doctor and one is in the position of a trainee doctor. Elvera Dzhemsovna voiced the current vacancies that residents of the 2nd year with foreign citizenship can apply for:

- Anesthesiologist-resuscitator;

- Endoscopist;

- Neurologist;

- Psychiatrist-narcologist;

- Phthisiatrician;

- Doctor - psychotherapist.

Among the foreign students present, a survey was conducted, which revealed a great interest in employment after graduation in the Russian Federation. 82% of respondents expressed such a desire. And 73% are ready to work in our republic.

The event aroused great interest among all participants. The guys actively asked questions and received comprehensive answers.
