On 25–26 February, the Department of Russian Language, Linguistics and International Communication at BSMU (under the Russian Ministry of Health) held the foreign language masterclass contest Voices of the Planet, dedicated to International Mother Language Day. Over the two days, participants delivered 41 masterclasses in 17 languages.
Students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the elegance of French and Marathi, the musicality of Arabic and Farsi, the mystery of Gagauz and Oshiwambo, the charm of Chinese and Icelandic, the poetic nature of Hindi and Gujarati, the melodiousness of Punjabi and Bengali.
