BSMU has improved its position in the authoritative world ranking Times Higher Education 2026

Times Higher Education published the results of World University Rankings by Subject 2026: https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/by-subject

Bashkir State Medical University rose by 3 positions in the direction of "Medical and Health" and took 9th place among Russian universities and 3rd place among medical universities in the country (only Sechenov University and Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University are ahead).

THE subject rankings are built on 18 indicators that consider the quality of training, research and their impact, international cooperation and interaction with the industry.
