Forward to the dream: students and employees of the University took part in the "Race of Promises"

More than 50 students and employees of the Bashkir State Medical University took part in the traditional “Promise Run”.

The symbolic distance of 2026 meters was the start for their personal purposes. On their breastplates, future doctors wrote the promises they made to themselves for the coming year. Among them are successful delivery of the session, becoming a demanded specialist, employment in leading clinics in Ufa, a trip to their homeland and the creation of a family.

BSMU students take confident steps towards their dreams, and the university always supports them along the way.

- We celebrate the New Year 2026 together with thousands of Ufa residents, students and tens of thousands of residents throughout Bashkortostan at the annual campaign “Run of Promises”. According to the established tradition, each participant in the race sets himself a goal and a specific task for the year. Someone promises to learn how to play the guitar, someone wants to go on a long-awaited trip. It was nice to see a lot of promises related to sports, - said the Minister of Sports of Bashkiria Ruslan Khabibov.
