At the site of the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia in the Interuniversity Student Campus, a cross-university examination of the federal program "Priority-2030" was held.
As part of the work, the Sociocenter experts, together with the BSMU transformation team, analyzed the results and promising areas of activity of the updated university development program. The administrative staff of the University took part in the project work: rector, vice-rector, heads of strategic technological projects, directors of institutes, heads of scientific laboratories. The participants presented the results of project work and the main vectors of the University's development in the following areas: strategic goals, development program management, technological leadership, personnel training system.
"Today, the Priority-2030 program is actively developing at our university. Currently, society, country, world, and, of course, medical science are actively changing. For two days we have a large expert group, which includes representatives of universities participating in the development program, which are actively reaching leading positions in technological leadership. Experts assess us as end users of medical services, as citizens of the Russian Federation, who understand that today's scientific technologies, which are being developed by the teams of our University, will become specific medical devices and medicines tomorrow. We tie many of our projects and technologies to the Institute of Translational Medicine under construction in order to advance the development of the most advanced technologies by which Russian medical science and healthcare occupy leading positions in the world", BSMU Rector, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Valentin Pavlov said.
"Cross-university expertise is a very useful format for a university. The main benefit is that the university has the opportunity to look at itself from the outside and get feedback, discuss successful practices. The whole essence of cross-university expertise is built on the principle of "equal evaluates equal," since all universities are participants in the Priority-2030 program, which develop in the same logic and achieve the same results. We see that BSMU is a strong university, there is a motivated team, the goals and objectives of development have been determined. Experts are pleased to work with such universities, because you see teamwork, a request from the team", Vladimir Poddubikov, an expert at the Sociocenter Federal State Institution, head of the strategic development department of KemSU, said.
"We express our sincere gratitude to the experts for their active participation and high professional competence. Your assessment and recommendations had a significant impact on the development of our University, helped identify key challenges and put us on the path to effective solutions", Irina Burenina, head of the technology leadership office of the Priority-2030 development program of BSMU, Doctor of Economics, Professor, said.
As a part of the cross-university examination, the experts visited the University, the Interuniversity Student Campus, the Ufa Eye Research Institute , the All-Russian Center for Eye and Plastic Surgery, the BSMU Clinic, got acquainted with the scientific laboratory and breakthrough studies that are carried out at the university.
