The University hosts International Mother Language Day
5,000 foreign students from 64 countries are gathered at one educational site of the Bashkir State Medical University. Students are united by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, search and discovery.
But everyone has their own differences - language, culture and traditions.
That is why the International Day of the Mother Tongue at the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia is very bright. In order to celebrate this diversity, the Department of Russian Language, Linguistics and International Communication of the University, together with the Dean's Office for International Students, is holding an educational event "Mother Tongue - Language of the Soul"
Foreign students of BSMU became guides to the world of their native languages and talked about their uniqueness, demonstrated the basics of writing and grammar, and also taught those who wish greetings and acquaintance in different languages.
Master classes and a marathon of foreign languages will last two days: February 21 - 22 will cover 42 master classes of 29 languages - Indian, Tajik, Turkmen, Arabic, Spanish, French, Turkish, German, Italian and Persian etc.
