Scientists of the Ophthalmological Cluster presented innovative research at the congress in Tashkent

From October 4 to October 5, 2024, the IV International Ophthalmological Congress "IOC Uzbekistan 2024" was held in Tashkent, in which more than 1200 ophthalmologists from 20 countries of the world participated.

The delegation of the Ophthalmoclaster (All-Russian Center for Eye and Plastic Surgery and the Ufa Research Institute of Eye Diseases) of the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia presented 10 reports on advanced areas of ophthalmology.

As part of the event, as a sign of friendship and cooperation, the director of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center for Microsurgery of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the chief ophthalmologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Professor Yusupov Azamat Farhadovich was presented with a memorable gift with the symbols of the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Also, as part of the program of domestic and international academic mobility, employees of the All-Russian Center for Eye and Plastic Surgery held a series of lectures on the basis of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Eye Microsurgery.
