BSMU employees attended the ESCRS 2024 International Congress of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons
Associate Professors of the Department of Ophthalmology, Bashkir State Medical University, Ph.D. Azamatova Gulnara Azamatovna and Ph.D. Gaisina Gulfiya Yaudatovna took part in the International Congress of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons "ESCRS 2024" from September 6 to 10, 2024 in Barcelona (Spain).
The event brought together participants from more than 100 countries.
BSMU staff presented 2 reports:
- M.T. Aznabaev, G.А. Azamatova, G.Ya. Gaysina. Influence of personal protective equipment of the respiratory and visual organs on the condition of the ocular surface.
- M.T. Aznabaev, G.Ya. Gaysina, G.A. Azamatova. Ophthalmic medicinal films with moxifloxacin in the therapy of bacterial conjunctivitis (experimental study).
The congress program included major symposia, training courses, video sessions, poster and oral presentations, acquaintance with innovative developments of medical device manufacturers, the opportunity to communicate with colleagues from around the world.
