Visit to Harbin Medical University by BSMU delegation

On May 17, Kabirova Milyausha, Vice Rector for Strategic Development of Bashkir State Medical University in Russia, and Professor Naufal Zagidullin, Head of the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine, paid a kind visit to Harbin Medical University. Xu Wanhai, Vice President of HMU, met with the guests.

During the visit, the delegation had in-depth discussions with the Office of Academic Affairs, the First Hospital of Harbin Medical University and the School of International Education on short-term exchange of students, teachers and industrial internships between the two universities, and basically reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation.

The delegation visited the laboratories, analytical facilities, cell chambers and herbaria of the Faculty of Pharmacy. During the visit, the delegation fully affirmed the fruitful results achieved by the Faculty of Pharmacy in basic scientific research and its applications, and hoped that the two sides would strengthen cooperation in related fields and hold substantive discussions on a solid foundation for research cooperation".

In the future, Harbin Medical University will continue to expand exchanges and cooperation with Russian universities, play the role of the Chinese chairman of the China-Russia Medical University Alliance, and promote the development of more Russian medical talents.
