Open Doors Days at the Akhmet-Zaki Validi National Library of the Republic of Bashkortostan

As part of the Open Doors days, an excursion to the National Library  was organized for international students of BSMU.

The main part of the tour was devoted to getting acquainted with the book exhibition of rare and handwritten publications, a review of Bashkir and local history literature.

Teachers of the Department of Russian Language, Linguistics and International Communication and BSMU students visited the Hall of Rare Books. They were interested in the lifetime editions of Russian writers and the oldest edition of John of Damascus in 1512 in Latin language.
