Summer educational school «Basics of Clinical Dental Skills» has opened a series of case studies for the employment of international students in the summer period

In 2019, Bashkir State Medical University established the tradition of holding Summer and Winter educational Schools, the purpose of which is "useful holidays", as well as to provide an opportunity for creative development and improvement during the holidays.

Summer Educational School for international students Basics of Clinical Dental Skills aims at enlarging students’ knowledge in future occupation, involving them in the process of practical skills and arising interest to research activity.

In the theoretical part of the case studies, the issues of professional oral hygiene, stages of tooth extraction, choice and creation of access to the pulp chamber of the tooth, root canal treatment, disinfection, root canal filling are considered.

The practical part allowed international students to work out the acquired knowledge: participants demonstrated their professional manual skills.

Modern equipment, the availability of the necessary materials and models - all this made it possible to conduct the practical part of the case studies at the highest level.
