BSMU expands its representation in the world Round University Ranking

The rating Agency Round University Ranking (RUR) has presented the world subject rating of higher education institutions for November 2020. Eight hundred twenty-nine universities from 72 countries participate in the ranking. Bashkir State Medical University takes 517th place in it (20th place among Russian universities). Both medical universities and classical universities with medical faculties took part in the rating. The top five universities in the world in Health Sciences are US universities: Harvard University, Northwestern University, Washington University in St. Louis, Case Western Reserve University, and Yale University.

The Russian leader in Medical Sciences is Lomonosov Moscow State University (153rd place in the global ranking). I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State University ranks fourth among Russian universities (356th in the global ranking). Kazan (Volga region) Federal University is ranked fifth (358th in the global ranking).

In September 2020 RUR represented the Reputation World University Ranking 2020. It includes six Russian medical universities: I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, I. P. Pavlov Ryazan State Medical University, I. I. Mechnikov North-Western State Medical University, Siberian State Medical University, Bashkir State Medical University and Kursk State Medical University. Our University takes the 3rd place.
