The leading specialists in Intensive Care, Infectious Diseases from the University of Regensburg and the University of Heidelberg took part the Conference.
Professor Michael Pavlik from the University of Regensburg spoke about the specifics of the German COVID-19 hospital, where he headed the Department of Intensive Care and Anesthesiology.
- It is very important for us to get recommendations from specialists who have gained experience in treating patients with coronavirus infection, - shared anesthesiologist Nikita Zdorik, who joined the teleconference from the COVID-19 Hospital of BSMU Clinic.
Twenty groups joined the Conference call with up to ten people in each group. The large audience of participants gathered in the Scientific Library, in the Digital Medicine hall, in the lecture hall of the BSMU Clinic.
- This is an educational seminar for our doctors, who are also involved in the treatment of this category of patients. They already have some developments. Germany has been working for a month in the system of intensive counteraction to coronavirus, - said Valentin Pavlov, rector of BSMU, corresponding member of the RAS.
The Conference participants also shared their research on predicting the spread of coronavirus infection in Germany and Russia.
The University of Regensburg and the University of Heidelberg are partner universities of Bashkir State Medical University.
