Live surgery case studies at the Eurasian Congress of Urologists

One of the key sections of the Congress is Live surgery case studies. The leading Russian urologists perform operations and surgical case studies in the field of urology for the Congress participants, the audience of the Eurasian Congress of Urologists and the Uroweb portal online.

Yevgeny Bezrukov, Professor of the Urology department of Sechenov University, performed the case study "Robot-assisted radical prostatectomy with extended lymph node dissection".  Mikhail Mosoyan, head of the Robotic Surgery Centre at V. A. Almazov National Medical Research Center, performed the robot-assisted nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy. Professor Alexey Martov, head of the Urology and Andrology department at A.I. Burnazyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center, held the micromarketing nephrolithotomy.  Professor Evgeniy Shpot, head of the Onco-urology department at Sechenov University, performed the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with enlarged lymphadenectomy.  PhD Alexey Kochkin held the laparoscopic nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy.

On 25 May, the Congress continues to work on the sections of Benign prostatic hyperplasia, Nuclear Medicine, Urethral strictures, Complications of treatment of prostate cancer, Bladder cancer, Pediatric urology, Reconstructive plastic surgery in urology, Kidney transplantation, Hemodialysis, Urogynecology, Reproductive urology, etc. The live-surgery case studies are held: robot-assisted kidney resection, robot-assisted cystectomy, laparoscopic renal resection, laparoscopic cystectomy and retroperitoneoscopic renal resection.
