Professor from the United States Selina Le May-Klippel gave the master class in BSMU

On November 1, BSMU bldg. №10 hosted the master class on "Methods of manual therapy and chiropractic". Professor Selina Le May-Klippel, Fulbright scholar of the US State Department, held the master class. The moderator of the project was Leyla Akhmadeeva, Professor of the Neurology department. Ruslan Gaynullin, head of the Physical Culture department of BSMU, teachers of the Physical Culture department, and members of the Scientific Club at the Physical Culture department took part in the event, too.

During the master class Professor Selina Le May-Klippel spoke about the methods of manual therapy and chiropractic. Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that attempts to diagnose and treat people by manipulating their musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. The event was very rich and interesting.

At the end of the master class all thanked the professors from the USA and expressed their desire for further cooperation.

Within a few months Professor Selina Le May-Klippel, Fulbright scholar of the US State Department, together with her husband Eric Tickle Klippel, a clinical pharmacist from the USA, give lectures, conduct seminars, workshops for the students of BSMU.
