Michael Bang, one of the leading international trainer, met with the staff of BSMU Clinic

On 3 September 2018 BSMU Clinic hosted the educational training of the leading international trainer on management skills, honorary Professor of the Ural State University of Economics, Professor of BSMU, Michael Bang on the topic: "Soft skills - motivation, leadership, management, teamwork". Such vital competencies as soft skills and hard skills, their importance for the development of the doctor in the professional sphere were discussed. The participants analyzed the definitions of "soft skills" and "hard skills", marked common and distinctive features in the approaches to understand the "soft" and "hard" competencies of different authors. The models of soft skills and their components, the concept of emotional competence within the model of "soft" competencies as well as the key characteristics of "soft" and "hard" competencies are considered. The modern questions of motivation, leadership, teamwork, basic principles of personnel management were considered.
