BSMU student became the winner of the best youth bill “My legislative initiative” contest

Ildar Kadaev, a 5^th-year student of the faculty of Pediatrics, a member of the Youth chamber of the Volga Federal District under the President of the Russian Federation, became the winner of the XIII contest for the best youth bill "My Legislative Initiative".

Ildar sent a project to the organizing Committee to participate in the competition. The Committee approved and accepted his project for consideration in the internal stage.

Ildar’s project “Pre-conception care training as the key to the health of future generations" is aimed at the development of family institutions in the country, the revival of family and moral values.

- Planning of pregnancy and family in general is a very important aspect for building a happy and successful cell of society, - Ildar believes. The most significant portion of pre-conception care preparation is health of the future parents. Of course, a woman will have to pass through a more extensive examination. After all, in her body there are processes of growth and development of the future child. If each young couple treat their future consciously and start to prepare for this happy moment of creating a new family and the birth of a child from youth, the world will be kinder, brighter and the entire population will be healthy and happy.

Ildar prepared his project together with mentors: Anton Maslennikov, associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Tagir Gizatullin, head of the Department of Educational and Social Work with BSMU students, Deputy of the State Assembly Kurultai RB.

The contest "My Legislative Initiative" was approved to mark the 100th anniversary of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The aim of the contest is to attract young people to public administration, through its participation in legislative activities, as well as to create conditions for the training of personnel reserve of political leaders and specialists in the field of legal regulation.

The competition consists of part-time and full-time stages. The all-Russian correspondence round of the competition, where Ildar Kadaev had taken part and won, was held from 1 February to 30 April (spring session).

On 10 – 12 October 2018, the full-time stage of the competition will be held in the office of the President in Moscow, where Ildar will defend its bill before the jury. Wish him good luck!
