BSMU students held the charity action in the Pediatric TB Sanatorium “Tolpar”

On 8 May 2018, students of the Faculties of Pediatrics and General Medicine at Bashkir State Medical University under the guidance of Professor of the Infectious Diseases department with the course of APEI Khasanova Guzel Mirgasimovna held a solemn concert in honor of the Victory Day in the Pediatric TB Sanatorium “Tolpar”.

The students told the children about the horrors that the Nazis did and about the feats of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War. Children and employees of the sanatorium "Tolpar" enjoyed the concert. The program included dances and songs of the war years. Children loved the atmosphere during the performance of the students’ choir with the song "Katyusha" and they sang together. The highlight of the program was the laureate of all-Russian and International song contests Bagautdinova Madina, who "lit the hall."

In response, children showed their performances. These were sincere military songs, touching and expressive poems, and a solemn march of preschoolers at the fervent rhythms of the war years.

The final note of the event was the presentation of sweet gifts from BSMU trade union to the children. The children were in awe of the views and attention, and their eyes sparkled with happiness and joy from communication with students.

Both the students and children having a rest in sanatorium will remember this day for a long time by because they at once found a common language. The hall was filled with friendly atmosphere and deep memory on the lost great-grandfathers and grandfathers in the Great Patriotic War reigned!

Patriots should be raised from young age. Children should understand the horrors of war and be proud of their Homeland, which liberated the world from fascism!
