Open day for BSMU students at the Republican Children’s Clinical Hospital

On 7 April, on world health day, doctors of the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital organized the open day for BSMU students. Students of junior and senior courses got acquainted in details with the activities of each department of the hospital.

The chief physician, Akhmetshin R. Z., told students about the most advanced and unique activities of the Children's Hospital. The doctors of all departments also talked to the students, they showed and discussed the peculiarities of working with children and the possibilities of the clinic to achieve high results. The event was held in the mode of live communication. Future doctors received answers to all their questions. The spheres of scientific practice and volunteering were discussed.

Deputy chief physician for medical part, Galieva G. M., called for the revival of student medical teams and to raise the quality of volunteer work even to a higher level, wish future doctors make full use of student's time and with the most junior courses to cooperate with the hospitals and to get acquainted with practical medicine.

Sufiyarov I. F., the dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics at BSMU expressed gratitude to the staff of RCCH for the organized event and constant support for students.

The students wishing to express their gratitude prepared the performance and sang the anthem of the Faculty of Pediatrics.

After the conference, the students visited the departments of the hospital.
