BSMU hosted the Spring Festival

As spring brings colors and heritage in our life to make our days cheerful and colorful. BSMU and the Dean’s Office organized the grand Spring Fest for International Students on 21 April 2018 in the premises of BSMU building №10. The Festival started at 1:00 p.m. where the international students from different parts of the world participated and showed their culture and tradition by food, dance and songs.
Participants prepared their national dishes, which were very delicious. The students wanted to show the diversity of food but in unity and it was as looking like a food fest. Having tasted the meal with the awesome speech of our Vice Rector Dr. A.A. Tsiglin the fest started at 3:00 p.m. At the beginning of the fest the awards were distributed for the winners who participated in the Patient Care and First Aid Olympiad and BSMU Star Group competition after which the performances of students started.
The students from different countries such as India, Africa, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia and of course from Russia showed their traditional culture by their astonishing performances of dances and songs to welcome the spring. The audience and guests enjoyed the striking fest and performances of our students enormously. At the end of the Spring Festival the participants were awarded by gifts by Vice Rector and were appreciated by everyone.
