The best BSMU students can do their residencies in the leading companies of Russia

- Bashkir State Medical University is one of the leading medical universities in Russia. During many years, the University has been successfully preparing the best specialists for health care. Our students are in demand not only in our Republic, but also in neighboring regions such as Orenburg, Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk regions, – commented the rector of BSMU, corresponding member of RAS, Valentin Pavlov.

"Medical Healthcare Institution "Neftyanik", Tyumen, organized the project "Personal Scholarship". Within this project BSMU students can do their residencies at their University, and improve practical skills in the hospital of the Medical Healthcare Institution.

The presentation of this project has already been presented to the 6^th year students of Bashkir State Medical University. The students also had an excursion in the clinics of the Medical City. The project "Personal Scholarship" was launched in September 2017. Currently, three students of Bashkir State Medical University are doing their internship in the "Medical Healthcare Institution "Neftyanik" in the framework of this project.

"We do the residency in the Pulmonology Department, – said the residents Ekaterina Pankina and Anton Ponomarev. - We conduct patients together with our mentor, head of the Pulmonology Department, we participate in emergency medical care services, we attend consilium, where treatment of patients with serious diseases is discussed."
